EVOO (Extra Virgin Olive Oil)

First press EVOO (extra virgin olive oil) is high in monounsaturated fats, antioxidants and vitamins, as well as a dietary supplement that does wonders for skin and hair. Use it on hot and cold dishes as a finishing oil or incorporate into your favorite recipes.

Use it just like you use it normally. It’s extra virgin so it has a low smoking point, do not use it with high heat or pan frying!
