Discrimination/wrongful accusation of FAKE ID
I was wrongfully discriminated against and accused of having a fake ID by the security guard! I felt uncomfortable when he asked for my home address. Shouldn’t they be able to scan my ID like every other dispensary does without further asking me for personal information that invades my privacy? It shouldn’t have to be that hard for me to buy cannabis in LOS ANGELES of all places. Your customer service sucks and you should invest in a proper id scanner if that’s the real reason you couldn’t “verify my ID” thanks for showing me you don’t want my money. I came here in hopes of having a safe and professional experience after I had a bad experience with an employee at another dispensary cyber stalking me after using my personal information to look me up online and contact me so I was hesitant to share more personal information that wasn’t absolutely necessary just to purchase cannabis legally.

Lack of quality
I visited a dispensary for the first time to buy marijuana. I saw Clarkies, a product priced at $70 for a 3.5-gram bag. However, the dispensary offered a 40% discount, so I paid $55. The marijuana was of low quality, with an unpleasant odor, no void sticker, and an earthy smell. Despite these concerns, the bartender gave me a sample that also lacked a void sticker and appeared tampered with. The marijuana had a dry and flaky texture, suggesting long storage. I exchanged my purchase for a different product, but the overall pricing and quality were excessive and outdated. The flowers were dry, flaky, and dusty, as if they had been sitting for a long time.

They were actually going to sell me flower that had an expiration date from a year ago, so my advice is you need to really look for yourself on the labels the product was made and what the expiration date is Ridiculous that this store would carry product that’s a year old and try to sell it to you
