I highly recommend Elevate for their 5 star service, and product. The staff welcomes you in and makes you feel like you are part of the Elevate family. The owner Josh does a great job at explaining all of different types of cannabis. He clearly did his homework on the industry prior to opening the store. The store is very clean and has an upbeat and positive atmosphere. Love everything about the Elevate brand!

Went to Elevate after calling a few stores to see who had product in. Both Joshua and Jordan were extremely professional, helpful, and friendly. They answered all of our questions and went above and beyond in terms of customer service. Local Macewan business graduates who built the business from the ground up. I would definitely recommend this location if you are looking for a state of the art dispensary to purchase your cannabis products from.

My favourite place to go in Edmonton for cannabis products. Staff is amazing and always welcoming. Not only that, they’re super knowledgeable with their products and they always find something for me when I tell them what I want from my cannabis. 10/10 rating for elevate!

Exceptional service with a great vibe

I’ve been to the westend location on two occasions, and the elevate staff more than impressed with their fantastic service. Both owners Jordan king and Josh vierra do a great job educating their customers on the different types of cannibis, which I’ve yet to see in any other establishment since legalization. I see both of them excelling in what ever they choose to pursue in the future. 5 stars from me :) Cheers and good luck

Absolutely love the layout and atmosphere. Jordan and Josh are incredible and will go above and beyond the call of duty to help find you the right strain and product. Best shop in town by far.

Friendly staff clean store

Been here a couple times now prices are obviously standard but the shop itself has a nice clean set up and the staff is very friendly with helping out for whatever you need.

First impression was a clean, modern, organized store with staff that greet you with happiness! The display cabinets of the different strains are pretty neat. Any questions that I had, josh was quick to give me a confident and educated answer on my needs. Customer satisfaction is their number one priority! I’ll be back again! Dopest dope shop in town!

Very very friendly staff! Me and my wife went to Elevate today to have a look at some of the stuff they offered! I was blown away when I walked in the doors! It is extremely organized and professional looking.
