-Flower: 1oz per customer per day for Recreational and 8oz per customer per day for medical.
-Concentrates: 8g (8,000mg) in total weight per customer per day. 1g (1,000mg) per package limit for recreational and 2g (2,000) per package limit for medical.
-Edibles: 8,000mg total per customer per day calculated by the totat THC content. 100mg of THC per package.
-Tinctures, Topicals, Capsules: 1,000mg of THC per package for recreational use and 2,000mg per package for medical use.
-Plants: 6 plants total per customer per day.

copped a few canned eights asked if they was gonna be dry or kinda sandy got home my shit turned to dust in my hands crazy i got some high quality brand named eights too it was almost as if they were sitting on the shelves there for weeks?????? honestly im not gonna pay the crazy prices yall got for dusty bud✌lost my services

I have been going here for over 2 years. at first the quality and prices were on point or above most other shops. Then I noticed the quality of bud go down and it was harder and harder to find quality at the mid self level. So i switched to concentrates...these were good until the prices went up. Then the taxes were passes on to the customers after Jan 1 which I understand but the prices before tax did not go down. So before the owner was responsible for the tax on MM, when it was passed to the customer the prices before tax should have gone down on the products but they didnt or at least not on the products i purchase. Today was the last straw for me, I called before hand cuase they are always out of the one remaining product I buy here House crumble. I call, told there is plenty in stock only to come down and find they have a higher price point "house" crumble/wax not the one i want. Technically its not bait & Switch but they miss lead and over charge. Sad cause it was a great place

I was helped by a fellow named Brian j.He answered a ton of questions in the politest manner .I would consider him a perfect example of a customer service employee. I left super happy.Seconed the buds I purchased were the most economy.After being an every day all day patient user for 20 years,one small flower off a gram of purple goo has me the most medicated I've been in weeks.The prices are way lower then when it was totally illegal. An I get to shop in a safe clean friendly store. instead of a drug dealer in an alley .The security gaurd out front was a class act also.I would just like to thank you guys again for doing amazing by me.

This used to be a great place to go. Now, that is not the case due to my recent experience. First of all, the taxes are way too high and are pushing patients away because they can't afford the low income people get their medication at the pharmacy from anywhere from 1 to $5, and that should be the same case with medical marijuana because it's better medication than synthetic medication.. now, I'll get to the point of my post. Recently, I bought several dates of banana Taffy on the top tearing was happy. Yet, I recently bought an eighth of banana Taffy that had a gram and a half of stems in it. I called and talked to the manager and they were unwilling to do anything. The manager told me to call. Premium packaging. The manager gave me a phone number that was not correct. Then, I called back and the manager gave me the Instagram site premium packaging underscore to talk to the company about the gram and a half missing in my medication. Premium packaging has not contacted me regarding all the stems in my top tier medication. Also, normal retailers just replace medication or products when they're not right no matter where you go. People who sell cannabis are not immune from taking care of their customers. However, their actions show that they feel like they have immunity when products are not right for customers. Next, I was given the wrong medication in my bag and I did not notice it after I was out the door in South Lake Tahoe 100 miles away. I'll ask for some bubble gum on the top tier. However, when I got to my destination in South Lake Tahoe they put diesel glue number 4 in my bag that was not on the top tier. Yes, my receipt does say diesel glue number 4 but that is what I did not ask for, and my receipt was placed in the bag. Then, I just pulled my canister outs opened it up and noticed it did not smell like bubblegum. I looked at the canister and it said diesel glued number for. The medication was very dry and I knew that this club would renege and not take it back because I opened it up. The medicine did not work for me at all and did not even relieve any pain or give me any kind of mental relief. My next step is to contact the Bureau of cannabis control and talk to them about this issue because I don't think it's okay for anyone to get ripped off by the system. I read a few of the former reviews and I couldn’t believe what I saw this place is the shit. I’ve been goin here for at least 4 years now seen it grow and change a lot the staff is always kind and attentive you can get in and out without a long wait and the product is superb. The give a 10% discount to veterans and I can’t find that anywhere else either that definitely helps with the crazy taxes they have on it now. I completely disagree with the bad review I dig this spot and probably will never go anywhere else

Long time customer here but now I don't go anymore. The prices have gotten out of hand. $40 for a cartridge, $90 for a quarter? Until prices lower, it will be a minute till I come back. Staff is friendly though, will miss them.
