Great Bud HORRIBLE STAFF!!!

Desert Bloom has always been my favorite place to pick up the strong medicine (flower) that I need. Always got Top Premium shelf and was always satisfied until today and I'll NEVER return sadly. Most places have security but this place doesn't and they do not protect their patients! I went for my free bday gram and before I could even get inside I was being harassed in the parking lot by a really big man whom I do not know, I'm alone but he's a homie of someone who works there. I continue to be yelled at until I finally asked staff for help THREE TIMES and they did the exact nothing and protected their "friend". Ruined my birthday, don't feel safe there, and the staff is all fake. Really sad because people need their medication and should feel safe at a place where they spend their money but when I have obviously never had an issue before and been pleasant with everyone, NO ONE STOPPED ANYTHING OR CONDUCTED BUSINESS PROPERLY! YOU ALL SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELVES!

Is this to make up for your horrid pricing?? Things are about to change in the az and you will soon find that no one with half a brain would ever give you twenty five bucks a measly gram. If you want business try being a little bit more realistic here. Just take a peek at any other place on weed maps.... No ones paying anywhere near that much .. I really don't like how every time I post something to help people out it gets erased.. Ill even give you a five star for reading this;)

I went there a few minutes before close & I was crushed multiple times instead of them explaining to me rationally that there was only a couple minutes left. I will never shop here again. thank you for ruining my 420 :-(

I went in store and had delivery both times amazing flowers got headband and cherry cola and the cherry cola had such and amazing taste the delivery was fast and courteous as well!!!!!!!!! You have to give this shop a try its the last one you'll ever have to go to!

Great buds, great deals and amazing staff!

Desert Bloom has that old school headshop/music store feel to it! I love it! The staff are always excited to help and very knowledgeable about the products. Just a few blocks from my house, I'm able to stop in on my way home from work or I can simply order (just about anything) and have it delivered to my house for free within the time it take to heat up the over for a pizza later. For all of my fellow old school smokers out there, check this place out... you'll feel right at home.

Happy 4th of July DesertBloom. I've been donating again recently at DB and I'm very pleased with your excellent customer service! The pre-rolls are in a top-class of their own. The Sizzurp, Sour Pez, FaceOff and several other selections have been excellent flowers. The owner greeted me with a friendly handshake. I have been skeptical and a critic of Arizona's program for not meeting the standards of quality Cannabis. I have decided that only positive energy and an open mind to sharing ideas will change the future Arizona and Cannabis. I believe DesertBloom is open to new ideas. Best budtenders in town. I have been shopping at Desert Bloom for around a year or so. I found the best distillate cartridge ever. Tropicana Skittles! The taste of the added terpines is amazing!!! Oh!!! did I mention the Budtenders are knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate.

I have been going to Desert Bloom Dispensary for over a year now. I have cancer that is not curable and have been up and down a lot. I believe that both the bud and the love from the staff has helped me more than i can ever express. From bringing me my meds when I've been too sick, to seeming happy to see me when i come in, these guys are just so awesome. The product is wonderful. I really love the value brands because they are very good and also affordable. The top shelf buds are so pretty that i can enjoy just looking at them as well as using them for meds. We are so fortunate to have a place like this in our community! Thank you Desert Bloom!

As a first time customer this place is great. The Girl Scout Cookies #2 is one of the most potent strains I have ever had the pleasure of using. Pricing is a bit high. If you can get past the prices they have high quality medicine. I will definitely be in sometime in the future.
