My order was not ready an hour after I submitted it. I asked the cashier why? Then a customer inserted himself and told me they didn’t have time and proceeded to harass me, and take his time leaving. Everyone was looking at me. I was traumatized and I didn’t feel safe. The cashier made me place my entire order verbally. Then she shorted me $3. I realized that after I left because of the harassment from your customer and having to remember and verbalize my entire order of 11 items. I spent over $200 for a horrible experience. I placed my order online to avoid the crazies but instead I got the worst and was the last customer there. And I had to come back for all my change. I’ve been coming here for a few years now and I’m seriously considering not coming back here. I have anxiety when I come here from past experiences which is why I only do online orders.
