Dankorage is cool
My favorite cannabis store so far in AK. They really nailed it on the name, logo, and location. Staff seemed friendly and knowledgeable and they had a lot more than just weed at the store.
Apparently there's more to come as they haven't even had their official grand opening yet. But even with the "soft opening" they have a decent selection on par with the other stores in the area and some cool gear/clothes/hats. Weed was as good as I've ever had!

Great Store
Dankorage has a really great staff as well as Green Life Supply out of Fairbanks. Green Life has the best product in the state at the cheapest price I have seen. It is definitely worth trying Lemon Haze, Susitna Sage, Marionberry, and all of the products. Give Dankorage and Green Life a try you won't regret it!

Take your gear off your weedmaps menu. I don't want to scroll through 200 items to find the weed menu at the bottom.

Concentrate prices.
I had to make account to address the price hike on the concentrates. I am not industry, so I can only speculate. Here goes: the reason prices went up is the material cost went up to manufacturing facilities. If you're paying attention most manufacturers are 50 for a half gram, that's 100 for 1 gram. It goes as high as 180 a gram if you do some math. It will get better in time. We all need to let the industry mature and stabilize. Keep up the good work Dankorage.

Great Visit
I have been there twice now. Both times buying different prerolls, which both were great. They were not rolled too tight, smoked nice. The staff were very knowledgeable, and explained each type that I bought accurately. Both visits were nice and inviting. Pricing was decent compared to the rest of this market. I actually went the second time because the prices were pretty low for what I got. Can't wait to see pricing when the market is more stable and strong with having product.

Honestly the best all around retail shop
I was surprised to see some of the ratings on here, so I decided to really check it out for myself. First off, all these reviews complaining about the IDing at the door...isn't that the LAW?! You have to be 21 with a valid ID to enter any retail marijuana shop, so why give this place so much heat? Not only was the door man super nice, he kindly asked if he could scan my ID to validate. Not a problem! I'm buying legal weed, who cares!? The shop is pretty big and full of miscellaneous items; lots of local art on the wall, weed based books, glass pipes/rigs, clothing, vapes, all sorts of stuff. I liked that you didn't feel rushed by having to be in-and-out, you were able to take your time and look around because there isn't a limit on how many people can be inside. When I went they had a few strains of flower and a variety of edibles. The employees were friendly and happy to help. Overall I was not only surprised but impressed by Dankorage. Cool spot, I'll be back!

Stop hating- this place is awesome!
I am surprised by so many bad reviews… I had an excellent experience at Dankorage – everyone was really nice, I picked up some super Dank weed, and a new glass pipe! The girl at the register taught me how to use the dab rig I bought last week and now I can finally try the Babylon shatter I have been holding on to. Stop hating Anchorage- this shop rocks!
