Great new clean facility, great AC but needs menus and more wait area instead of the long lines outside due to Covid-19

i’ve had a few okay 1/8s from here, but i’m really disappointed in most of them. when i pay top shelf prices for an 1/8, $50-$60 and i’m excited to open up a jar of nice nugs, i am extremely disheartened when the majority i’ve gotten has been full of larf. i don’t know who prices this stuff but they really need to fix it. it’s not fair at all. to have some 8ths decent and then the other ones at the same price rate just be absolute b-bud larf garbage with a nice nug or two mixed in - really sucks. to pay that much for an 1/8 that literally belongs in a trash bin just sucks. happy to have rec weed in connecticut, but ripping people off because you assume they don’t know the difference between good weed and larfy b-buds is bad business. maybe there’s no quality control???and no one is knowledgeable about any of the strains. no one. i feel like i’m speaking another language when i try to ask a questions about quality 😭 ffs

I've purchased around 5, 3.5g and each of them has decreased in quality to the point where i cannot support this place anymore. As another reviewer stated, some (about 2 out of 5) eighths are okay but they all come very dry and the last two batches have been mostly loose leaf material. If you want to compare, look at RI. Prices are around $40 for top shelf with quality is what i would call actual top shelf. This place sells loose leaf and dry garbage for $60 that i would have a hard time selling as Mids. Fine fettle has a much better selection but the dry problem seems to be a CT thing. So far the curaleaf branded stuff has been mostly garbage, i'd stick to CTpharma but it looks like they stopped selling other brands.

So i started going here as a medical patient when they opened, I have a disability and qualified for compassionate care(low cost product for low income). 2 Years ago they stopped carrying any compassionate care with the promise that they would have it next tuesday(they never had it next tuesday), some of the nicer staff will say "It's been so long i dont know if we offer that" others will say you just missed it(lol). If you call the dispo you get routed to a mexican call center who will harass you for being a bad customer and needing help, for example when they double charged me and i was told they would not refund me and would keep my money. Heres a real fun kicker for those of you who are disabled, vets, or elderly, the discount they offer you of 20%, yeah it won't ever apply because the entire store is constantly on discount and it doesn't stack, so you are paying the same as everyone else. Most CT dispos are bad, but wow the decrease in quality in this place is astounding.

These people sell Larf buds for the price of high-quality weed. They claim the dispensary closes at 8 but will turn you down if you show up at 7:45 or after(just say you close at 7:45) and didn’t even apologize for the lack of transparency. The only dispensary I’ve EVER been to where the employees actually give you attitude for not ordering at the Kiosk while most places just let you order at the cash register. If you’re gonna scam people at least be friendly about it lol
