My 1st visit to any Cannabis Dispensary

I must admit my experience was perfect, now obviously as a virgin to any dispensary I have on enormous blinders but the staff was excellent, the prices were actually pretty solid & I get Medical Grade proper products so I'm a very happy customer after my 1st official visit inside a dispensary lol

First Visit

Clean inviting location. Front desk guy was very helpful answered all my questions and was eye candy lol. Picked up a hybrid called White Sour which is very good at 30 % THC. Will definitely visit again when in the area.

Friendly associates, great deals at times!

sometimes I check back-and-forth between the prices of Curaleaf and the other dispensary that’s kind of close to me (The two closest dispensaries to me in Pennsylvania are each at least 45 minutes away) and sometimes Curaleaf blows their prices away, especially on carts and extracts. The other dispensary I go to used to be my first choice but lately, Curaleaf has become my rock! there were several occasions at curbside pick-up where I waited unreasonable amounts of time to be acknowledged– one of the times an associate DID notice and apologize to me though, I appreciated that. LOVING CURALEAF ❤️

You keep raising the prices and then you give a discount and it’s right back to the same price as originally. that’s a joke right ? O , BUT NO DISCOUNT NOPE NONE (Got my McClaren payment) ya’know. Curaleaf review

This place puts people through hard times when a customer comes in trying to buy 1 item ..I mean I checked the menu with no one in line and it's there..but no no the front desk people want to make sure you place a simple order when it's easier to just tell the budtender to get the 1 item you came in for. I can see if you wanted to purchase multiple things, then maybe yes it's necessary. But come on on 1 item though and it's not even a brand that sells out ever ..

Staff is great but problems with inventory

We like this place for it’s convenient location and fortunately, the staff is great here, and my boyfriend, who goes a lot, never complains. That being said, we have been given the incorrect items on more than a couple occasions. His memory is poor due to a medical condition and he does not always remember to check the bag, so it’s important that things are right when he leaves. The parking situation is also problematic at best - they only offer a couple handicapped spaces and then others must park up the block in a lot for a dialysis center and walk down to the shop, which is on a super busy street. The biggest problem that we can’t deal with is they are always out of product. Flower specifically. This isn’t just being picky either - I can use an indica or a hybrid - but there are consistently 3, 5, 7 options, or none! Imagine a dispensary with no flower ?!?! Then, of those offered, it is often untrimmed, small buds or low THC content strains. Not only are we not getting quantity, we aren’t even getting quality. Big disappointment.

Lackluster Selection

This is neither the biggest or the smallest dispensary menu in the area, but it’s probably the least capable of meeting the needs of people who are in the MMJ program and still trying to work out what products will best address their symptoms. The minute there’s any whiff of a sale, this location just gets totally picked through, and it seems like new products never arrive— just the same small handful of strains over and over again, often duplicated across different types of delivery vehicles: Hybrid Strain X as a .5g cartridge… and as a 300mg disposable… AND as flower, for instance. There’s a real need for more variety, especially for patients whose needs revolve around sedation, insomnia, and pain relief. If you’re primarily a cart user and have been through the small handful of indicas Morton keeps in stock, you’re probably going to be waiting a LONG time for anything new to try. So, my plea: Morton, please bring us the heavy-hitting indica cartridges: Blueberry Space Cake all day!

I ordered flower on the website labeled as pelirroja 42 dry leaf 7g. They gave me pelirroja blades 7g for $80 it looks like pure shake with very few buds

BAIT and SWITCH KINGS

Do not trust their online ordering it is full of problems. For example their website let me reserve 4 eighths of urban legend at special sale price of 20$. I received text confirmation went to pick up and was informed it was a computer error and they would not honor it. If I wanted products they were now 65 dollars a pop. This is the 4th time this has happened in past 2 months. The business lacks INTEGRITY.
