Every time I visit the KOP dispensary, the whole crew is always welcoming and personable. Makes you feel comfortable right off the bat. Great customer service all around. Oh, and best selection of products around too. The online ordering and selection of flower (and every other product) is very important for someone like myself. Always working and not living that close. It’s very difficult to just stop in and hope when I actually do have the time. The great customer service happens before even entering the door. A handsome fella greets before you even walk in. I was considered a new patient at this location. Allie, who is the BEST EVER, helped me with all of my needs. She was pleasant, professional, efficient and helpful. Once I was ushered through the doors to make my purchase, the fabulous customer service continued. The people behind the counter, were just as excellent. I really can’t say enough about them. Formerly Herbology of KOP, Curaleaf has taken over with finesse and the transition has been absolutely seemless. No changes to the rewards that I know of, and they are very efficient at getting you in and to the counter asap.
