I've been coming to these guys for quite sometime , don't know why I've never written a review. But I've never had a bad experience either online or in store. The staff is super friendly and extremely knowledgeable of the different products. They're even honest about if they've used certain products or not which is super helpful. I had a problem with my Marijuana Certification when they switched systems, and they were again super helpful with that whole thing. I really do enjoy going to this establishment. Thank you

I have had two experiences with Curaleaf, and both were superb! My first experience was my first time at a medical dispensary. They were completely helpful in-store and on the phone handling my order and required documentation. Their products are solid and recommended. They have great sales and offer rewards points. My second experience was a delivery. I live 30 miles from Curaleaf, and I am legally blind, so I have to depend on being driven everywhere. So, I figured I would try delivery. The process was flawless. My order was 100% correct (try getting that from some restaurants) and the delivery person was an absolute gentleman! I am grateful to be able to use the medical benefits of cannabis, and I can certainly recommend Curaleaf...in-store or delivery!

Always a pleasure going there whether I'm on the run and use curbside or go in and have a conversation with one of the staff.

The staff are amazing sometimes there are new staff so please understand that, but the whole flower is here and it’s amazing! Wish they had more strains but I’m sure with time they will.

I went to Curaleaf, (as I normally do about every two weeks for a long time now) last Wednesday night and for the first time had the complete pleasure of meeting Zion. It was discovered that my cert# expired but my card was still active. Wtf? Anyway, Zion was so kind and courteous in walking me through the process of getting a better deal with a better dr, and also in offering to assist me further when I can get back there with my new recert. There were some twists and some frustrations that he never let show. He always had a smile. It didn’t matter who said what! Don’t play poker with this guy! Seriously, Zion, thank you for helping an older lady feel less foolish! 🌹

I came to Curaleaf as my first dispensary after getting accepted to the MMJ program, and I found the process of understanding what would suit my medical needs to be quick and easy! The only issue is how far they are from me, I wish there was a closer location!

Quality of products is the only thing that saves this review from being 1 Star. It is inexcusable to make clients wait 60 minutes to pick up medications. I listened to many conversations between employees that took away time from helping clients and extended the time that it took for the guest to be helped. Today, three registers were being used. One guest was helped for over 60 minutes (there before and after I left) and the other two spent about 30 minutes to help to guests. There were other guests that required special attention and help and instead of calling for help, customers had to wait while a line of 10+ people formed outside. If I had another options to pickup my medicines I would go and suggest it. If your poor customer service is a result of you having a monopoly on the market here, then shame on you and your poor business practices. If you are not improving because your business is not being challenged, you will lose out on customers once they have options. Disappointing.

I still really like this place but I needed to remove some stars. I am a medical patient and have gone here since its opened. now that they have adult use the menu for the medical side has gotten so lean, there is barely anything on it. meanwhile the adult use menu is expanding. all new items are now adult use first if they ever come to the medical side at all. I get it, there is more profit in the recreational side but it's sad to see this store moving more to recreational and neglecting the medical patients that helped them start. very disappointing

There gummies are really good but their flowers not so good . Cannabis is not suppose to burn your throat. They need a weed tester . Stay away from their flowers

nice people but somebody's dipping in the product was pose to get a 3.5 got more like half a gram brand was Noble not buying that again ever 🤣so yeah not happy rn

decent overall. folks there are kind and helpful. product is okay but the “extra strength” flower is underwhelming and the regular flower is mids. price is fair, considering. delivery is a HUGE hassle, only 1 per week and you have to book 3-5 days in advance. once when i did manage to, they were 2, then 4 hours late, then called to say BOTH of their delivery vehicles had broken down and i would have to wait until NEXT WEEK. Epic customer service fail. Theyre often out of CBD carts and havent had 1:1 for months, which is by far the most critical for me. no word on when they will be back either which is weird because curaleaf is the biggest grower of legal weed in the tristate, but despite owning the entire supply chain, they cant manage to keep product in stock or even give an eta on restock. finally, the thing that made me decide to stop supporting them: i read an interview in Forbes w the owner, a Russian oligarch named Boris Jordan. Aside from his very sketchy past (“helped establish capitalism in russia and launch the russian stock market”), he wants to turn Curaleaf into the “Frito-Lay of cannabis”. Sure, someone is gonna do it but I dont want to be a part of that.

This needs to be said so I guess i’ll be the one to say it… How is NYS charging premium prices for shake??… To make that worst the highest quality batch of shake you can get barely does the job!! And why am I still limited to shake when NYS is recreational now. And why can’t I use my MMJ card in NJ where they actually have the good stuff?!?!? (regular POTENT flower, real concentrates with plenty of different varieties) I got a card for chronic muscle pain and it doesn’t do much for my pain so I couldn’t imagine it really helping somebody with a much worse condition!! Ive purchased almost everything under the shelf from curaleaf
