I had renewed my card and chose to change dispensaries. I was greeted by a very courteous young lady at the front desk. It was very hard to get started because of a very loud conversation in the lobby between an employee and a patient. Some of this conversation, that was impossible not to hear, was not suitable in a business and especially with a young child in the waiting area. I was then required to fill out paperwork. first, on paper, then on an iPad asking for a lot of the same information they already had when they scanned my card and license. they also asked questions that I really feel only my doctor should be asking me. I then had to place a order order from the waiting area. I ordered a pack of prerolls. 10 minutes later I get called in for a consultation I didn't ask for, where I got more paperwork, and then waited about 15 more minutes before I ultimately left. 2 patients went into the room to get their medicine after I got the text my order was ready. Just a poor experience
