Cookies way way to OVER RATED... Our weather here nor-Cal is rather warm this time of year.. They keep there Product in a small room .... Doesn't seem as fresh as sum place I frequent that keeps their product in large Mason containers... Fresh gets my money every time... 🍪

Not prepared, offering unstocked items

I placed an online order for some various items for pickup. The wait time said 30-60. After 60 minutes there were still no updates on the order so I went inside the store. There were 0 customers in the store and my order had not even begun to be prepared. After some head scratching they started to prepare the order only to discover 2 of the items I ordered were out of stock. There were 5 people working there and they can’t get any of this straightened out? Embarrassing.

Twice Now I have been Shorted ! I purchase 1 gram pods &. Looked n bag before I left & they gave me half a gram pods , let employee know & she corrected it, but it’s happening to my friends also ! Buyer Beware, check your bag before u leave !

I’ve been going to the place for awhile now and I can honestly say I have never been disappointed they always have tons of gas on deck and yes it might be a little on the spendy side but you get what you pay for so if you want the best you got to pay for I say but they also have stuff for any price range I would recommend anyone come here the staff is friendly, professional and quick to boot so definitely give them a try

This is a super dope dispensary I went there today exactly what I expected but I was surprised that they had such great prices, and they had great customer service overall it was a great experience I’ll be going there every time I’m up in Redding Thank you cookies thank you Berner . I brought my mom first time experience in a dispensary and they were super patient and super helpful I was very pleased and very great and they made me feel right at home it was a awsome experience . The Super friendly staff at this store was more than accommodating with me bein a picky a**hole asking loads of questions. When i had a question for a manager i was treated extremely well, i wasn't rushed at all. Mick and Sydney were extremely knowledgeable and kind and patient. There are loads of buisness that could take notes from this store. I'm glad cookies is in town 🤙

Very clean and the staff is awesome! Selection is decent but they did just open up! Still will always go back to them! They don't rush and you can take your time selecting and the staff is super knowledgeable!

We traveled all the way to California just to visit a cookies and of course they never disappoint!!! Best bud prices ive seen!! Coolest budtenders ever makayla and julisa were the best i will definitely be back for sure!!!! Make sure you try the flan!!!

The employees were all very helpful and courteous, I felt like they were being very gentle with me because I'm no spring chicken, and it was cute . Yes, I was smoking before these kids were born, but I am not especially knowledgeable about what to buy (in the olden days, you got what you got!). They were friendly and helpful, and shared recommendations about things to do when I got to where I was going. My only problem would be that there was no sign outside, but I understand that one is coming soon. Thanks, Cookies staff, you are all very sweet.

Great staff, Great Product

I drove 1.5 hours to get here and I was not disappointed. Their storefront looks very welcoming, security was nice, but it was the staff behind the counter that made the experience so fantastic. They answered all (probably 20+) of my questions no problem and seem to really enjoy their product and are very knowledgeable about it as well. The prices might be a little high to some people, but they have some top grade $25 8ths, which are awesome! I Ordered 5 of them, and so far I like the Wedding Cake and Hi-Octane the best. Overall great experience and worth the long drive.
