Rafa was having a bad day I guess and wasn't very talkative or helpful. It was my first time there and I was super excited to visit new location but after a few minutes with Rafa I kinda wished I had just ordered from Dark Matter as usual. No information on rewards program, no info on products just gave me my online order and said next. Flower and pricing was decent but overall not a great experience. 😕

Budtenders blame customers for their own mistakes
Budtender never verified or double checked that product was correct. I ordered a 2.5 g blunt and they tried to sell me a 1g infused glass tip pre roll. Budtender was very rude when I called her out on it and asked for a refund. Manager had to get involved and the whole time the Budtender kept trying to put the blame on me. Finally after 15 mins, the manager came and gave me my money back

So I waited for the opening and I was able to meet the cookies staff. They are kind and full of good energy. They say hi to me everytime I go in. You feel very welcomed at Cookies. This has become my only place to go. I have traveled across the US for cannabis and I must say, my best experience in a dispensary was at this Cookies location. You don’t need to go anywhere else! Go here!! The quality is the best I’ve ever had too.
