Been to this spot since it opened and it never has failed. The prices are pretty accurate for a dispensary of this caliber. All the advertised flower has been fire. No seedy harsh tasting strains in the spot at all. The staff from the security in the parking area to the counter person have all been professional and helpful no matter what day I have been there. Easy transactions and the canibus taxes are uniform to quality dispensaries. Would be nice if they delivered but I’m close and I have no problem spending for good quality that saves my throat and helps my mind n body.

First time at the new Hayward location. Was super impressed. Girl who checked me in was hella nice and cute with her pink hair. I placed a pick up order on their website, but as soon as I found out they had display jars I knew I would see something else I wanted l swooped Hectane, Helado and Obama Runtz cart. The helado slaps! Nose on the hectane missing a bit. Good prices and customer service. Hayward getting their taxes though lol. Will be back

I’ve been a long time follower of Berner and Cookies. I’ve been to almost every Cookies store. I was so excited to see he opened another location, and not just any location, AN OLD BANK. It’s amazing. I had the best budtender ever, her name was Taylor, shout out to her because we went in at about 8:30, knowing they closed at 9, and she was absolutely so nice, not rushing us at all since we were so excited looking at everything and all of their displays. She was awesome and I’ll definitely go back to her. The decoration and merchandising was stunning as well. Everything in there will catch your eye. Get your cookies merch there also!!!
