BEST PRODUCT SELECTION IN THE 559

Never been a Cookies fan, but Cookies Fresno has all my favorite brands like West Coast Cure, Lime, AIMS, Tyson 2.0, Cake, Buzznugs, Sauce and Jeeter! They have also have the best deals in the 559! Customer service and Employee knowledge could use some work, but it's there first week open!

I was pleasantly surprised at how well staffed and set up the store is for only being open a short time. The whole staff team was extremely friendly and more than eager to help and answer any questions. I’ve only been to one other Cookie’s Dispensary (Hayward), and the Fresno location is definitely on their way to being one of their top stores. I definitely recommend stopping in if you’re in the area. Not to mention, first time customers get thirty percent off every item in their order! So, I gotta give them a 10/10, based on location, staff, inventory, and the overall atmosphere in the store.

I visit the Cookies dispensary in Modesto & Merced weekly. I was do excited when I heard they were opening in Fresno. I've been twice now and as much as I want to love it, I just don't. The inventory is minimal so even when they have deals I can't stock up because there's nothing to choose from. Until they figure out their inventory/supply issue I will continue to make the trip to a different cookies location.

Rude/Inconvinient display help

I went in to try and purchase some cold fire Cartridges and had the worst time. The way the cartridges boxes are displayed on the show room floor don’t reflect what they currently have in stock , and they don’t have all the flavors that they have in inventory on display.when I was being helped the employee handed me the tablet to look through the menu of what they currently have in stock and the menu it self was no help. The menu only had the name and who the company collaborated with to make that certain product. Theres no way of getting any other details other than the name and who they collaborated with so my helper went into the back to ask and see what they had in stock than some other guy came out to the front where i was and told me to never grab the tablet in a rude manner and just spat out a whole bunch of strains they in stock. I like to read the box of the product im buying because cold fire does a very good job at explaining their product but unfortunately i wasn’t able to make a decision do to the way the shop conducts itself. The shop in my opinion needs to do a better job of explaining and displaying whats in stock and stop hiring unprofessional pot heads.
