Ever hear of bait and switch
Ordered on their website Thursday evening for pick up Friday morning got there Friday morning one hr drive. They said they never got order and did not have the items I ordered but they had other stuff more expensive and not what I wanted. Left drove home 3 hrs tied up $15.00 in gas for nothing complete waste of time.

Friendly service & great deals
I've been visiting for about 8 months and I'm always happy when I leave there. I have worked with Chad several times. He's always knowledgable and chats with me. Today, another gentleman helped me and I wish I would have gotten his name because this is the 3rd time he's helped me and he's pretty stellar too. I love that prices include tax so it's easy to keep track of what I'm spending. Finally, I really appreciate the parking lot security and it's honestly one of the reasons I buy from Consume. High five to your store manager for her recent interview with Wane 15 out of Fort Wayne. Maybe someday, Indiana will emerge from the dark ages with the help of advocates like her. Thanks for your superb service! See you all next month!

Awesome little dispo
Taxes included hell yes. Beautiful flower and great prices. Picked up some Lilac diesel and sweet releaf gummies. This is the dispo to hit when in town. I'll be a return customer for sure. Thanks Consume!!

Have been to Consume a number of times since the first time, and after the issue with the promo flower and Zain reaching out, I can say they care about their customers, not just making a buck. I've been to the Niles dispos, Buchanan dispos, Portage area dispos, and I am very hard to please and I can say this is the place to go!

Budtenders knowledgeable, prices include tax
We got lucky and were able to pull right into a parking spot, sign in with registration and only waited <5 minutes to get into sales area. Very educational experience and was able to smell the flowers & see the buds close up. Love that tax included in prices. Spending the summer in Bay City so looking forward to visiting Consume there as well.

Amazing hidden little Gem

Never hesitate to Medicate with Consume!!! I've never been disappointed here, I've been hitting these dispos on occasion for the lest 4-5years when you had to travel to Lansing or Ann Arbor to get ripped off. well not anymore! Consume is by far MY one stop shop and with great deals and even better Bud Tenders!! absolutely love Consume in Quincy.

Hire more like Candace!
I came in to get your oz deal and you guys were out. I was upset but luckily I got Candace as my budtender. I have been coming to you guys for a while and never had any budtender help me the way she did. Not only did she find me something similar but she informed me I had points I could use which saved me 40$ on purchasing better quality product. She even explained how that particular strain would help my medical conditions. In the short interaction I had I felt like someone cared what I needed for the first time. You can't buy customer service like that!!! I'll be a loyal customer and look forward to working with Candace again 😊
