great place
A definite must visit. All the people are nice, knowledgeable and willing to talk to you about which strains and method of use is best for you and your condition. Very nice place inside. Well set up. Lots of info to check out on the tables while you wait. But.. you very rarely have to wait. Overall a great place. -Jason McK
I LOVE THESE PEOPLE!
I started going to the Wilkes-Barre location when I started a new job in that area. Since the first time I went in, I have been nothing but comfortable and confident. Whenever I’m not sure of what I want to get; whether it’s a concentrate cartridge, an activated syringe, a tincture or capsule, or just any kind of concentrate; the staff in Wilkes-Barre will find you the right medication for YOU. I’ve never been steered wrong when I’ve gone with suggestions from Columbia staff. Nicky, Sam, Ricardo, Jen, Amber, (and of course I’m blanking out on the others’ names) are some of the best people I’ve met in this industry and in general. Columbia can help you with relieve any kind of ailment you’re looking to alleviate. I recommend this to ANY medical marijuana patient.

Great spot one of my top 2 favorite dispensaries.
Great atmosphere with examples of products on display, menus on screens,educated staff who understand the value of cannabis as a medicine and are patient while you pick your strains. Terpene guides and corresponding strains are a huge plus as it's not always about the highest thc/thca counts. Lower prices on flower than my other dispensary. Always friendly staff with an actual passion for the healing properties of cannabis. Haven't had a bad experience there yet and don't expect to.
Overall
Everyone is nice at WB location. However at times what you order on line isn’t available in store when you get there. Must settle for something else or none. Especially if your domicile is several miles from dispensary. Watch your product label as well. Ordered small buds on line that came labeled ground flower on container at store. Also the 5$ bag discount is actually $3.50. Check your receipts and do the math. Addressed this and didn’t get a straight answer. Mandatory tip perhaps? I dunno. Nonetheless, staff is helpful and these issues perhaps beyond their control.

All the staff members are very rude and know nothing about any of the cannabis products that they are selling, they have no clue what terpenes are, enless they pull out there terpene sheet, all of them are very unknowlegable about anything, for example I went in the other day asking which flower has the most myrcene content, they looked at me and said what is myrcene, only one of the most known terpenes out there and there staff has no clue which terpenes do what nor do they even know what terpenes are, seems like they just hire anyone there, definitely don't recommend coming here. Also the staff members are also very cocky and sarcastic, its very rude and made me stop going to Columbia care in general, the Scranton location is the worst, the staff knows absolutely nothing and half of them look stoned half the time and they are very rude and sarcastic and disrespectful to the point where one of the staff members was mocking me, the Wilkes-Barre location isn't as bad, don't recommend it
be careful when making online orders
If you make an online order be sure to check before you give them the cash. The bury in the terms and conditions that they can modify the order price. We made an order, they wouldn't let us pick it up until the next day and the price change. I had no option to come during store hours even though they were open. So the next day I paid 20% more without releasing it. When i called to complain it was basically too bad for you.
