All the staff members are very rude and know nothing about any of the cannabis products that they are selling, they have no clue what terpenes are, enless they pull out there terpene sheet, all of them are very unknowlegable about anything, for example I went in the other day asking which flower has the most myrcene content, they looked at me and said what is myrcene, only one of the most known terpenes out there and there staff has no clue which terpenes do what nor do they even know what terpenes are, seems like they just hire anyone there, definitely don't recommend coming here. Also the staff members are also very cocky and sarcastic, its very rude and made me stop going to Columbia care in general, the Scranton location is the worst, the staff knows absolutely nothing and half of them look stoned half the time and they are very rude and sarcastic and disrespectful to the point where one of the staff members was mocking me, the Wilkes-Barre location isn't as bad, don't recommend it
