I just found out about this dispensary opening and decided to pop in because the location is closer to me and I'm glad I did!! I am really impressed with how eager everyone behind the counter was to help but more importantly how professional the staff was in the front AND the back. I have been visiting the other two local LV dispensaries and have been pretty disappointed in the professionalism of the front office staff. Be patient with the staff because it seems like they're still learning the computer system but that's to be expected at just 3 days open!

I would just like to thank all the staff at Columbia Care in Allentown. They were all welcoming and made themselves available for any questions I had. Special attention should be given to JoJo for her great customer service both, on the phone, and in the dispensary. She was the one who answered the phone when I called and also was the one to help me at the counter. She was very informative and personable.

I have been going here since they opened . I will never go to another Dispensary again unless it's a Columbia Care. All the staff knows you by name ,they treat you like family. They actually care about your needs. Prices are always fair .Cheaper then any other dispensary hands downs! Love Dave hes the man. It's a family vibe. Love all the staff ! Best place ever! Great Experience

I had my great MMJ experience today at Columbia Care. Every employee was kind and all smiles. The employee taking care of me was helpful and steered me in the right direction. The atmosphere is calm and I appreciate the open floor plan where the waiting area is in the same room as where you obtain the products. I appreciated the new patient discount as well!

A nice place

Very nice place. The shop is clean and bright and everyone was friendly. The flower menu was small but the cartridge menu was much better. Overall decentbselection. I like the menues on the flat screen tv's, but I would have liked a paper copy to review while in line. I like the static price by weight for the flower. The long line moved quicker than I expected. At 10 am opening I was 4th in line of about 12. As a first time visitor I had to fill out some quick paperwork. I was advised to sit on the couch, thinking my spot in line was preserved. That was not the case. It took me less than 5 minutes to complete and return the paperwork, at which time I was told I could get in line. By that time the line was about 20 deep! This was really disappointing. Other than that I enjoyed my visit.

Would rather lose a customer than $20

Twice in one weekend this place has wasted my time driving down to get a pax3. First they had 20% off total order sale vday, but when I got there they told me they wouldn’t discount any hardware over $50. Then on president’s day they have a $46 off order of $250 or more. I specifically asked if I paid full price for the pax if they could take that $46 off my other items on text and they said yes over sms, but refused to honor it once I drove 30 minutes to get down there. I get the rules, but company should make sure to include these terms in the sale advertisements and when you tell a customer you’ll do something just do it. Sometimes it’s worth loosing a couple bucks to keep a customer in the long run.
