Very great team! Easy transactions & in & out.

Easy & smooth transactions. Usually do a curbside pickup (purchase online) however, even despite that, They always try to price me accurately/properly given my medical discount. If there’s already a deal/special, They also stack it/Allow both offers/deals to pass thru/stack, Which some dispensaries actually don’t do. Bud tender Jen was very useful & helpful💯.

Long wait

Received a text my order was ready. Drove to cloud gave them my ID and $ and proceeded to sit in my truck for an hour.... need to figure some things out. Product was awesome!

Why Are Some Many People Working At One Time But Mostly Just Sitting There While Two People Do Everything And Only One Of The 3 People Sitting Are Doing Something At The Computer..But I Places My Order And Got A Text Saying They Were Out Of The Fire Raspberry OG Thats Ok. but Why Did She Text Me If She Wasn’t Preparing My Order Yet Because I Still Waited 30 More Minutes Outside . I was shorted over 1 gram of wax

I opened the containers and one was full to the top, the other two were both less and one even half full. I have bought the same 3.5 gram dish last week so I weighed the difference from an empty jar, only one of the dishes are at 3.5grams

Met the security guard and the bud tender that helped me and connected over our tattoos. Wished the service was a little quicker today, but granted today is the official Grand Opening so for that I give 5 stars out of support. This place has a very good vibe to it. Close to Home for me in Twin lake and it’s out of Muskegon downtown so that’s a huge plus for me. Recreational sales here!!!! Love it. Hopefully the owner develops an App for this place it would really tie it all together nicely for convenience. Also got a free Cloud Cannabis Co. shirt for coming here on the first day. Yeeeeet... From the first time I walked in the door I have been treated like part of the family, the knowledge some of the bud tenders have is AMAZING. Any questions I have asked is always answered with first hand knowledge not just someone's opinion based on something they have read. Over the winter during the pandemic I have personally witnessed the bud tenders working the drive through in the worst possible conditions and yet I was ALWAYS met with a warm smile. The daily promos are a great way to save, I absolutely will not go anywhere else and very highly recommend Cloud Cannabis. I love my weed man!!!!!!
