I was very disappointed with my experience. The staff seemed disengaged and unaware, and despite placing an online order, the pricing in-store was incorrect. They also didn’t apply the coupons as promised. I won’t be returning.

The Best Dispensary in Watsonville by far

I've been to all the different dispos here in Watsonville. I always end up coming back here because it's not only alot of band for buck, but you got workers there like Richard who is amazing at his job and really knows his stuff and the products he's serving. I've got family who go there just because he's so nice to them. Their extracts are well kept and other products and more importantly they allow you to see, smell, get close up to a product. you won't get that service at other place like Hook, which needs to change their name to Crook with those prices and really crappy service. I live in Gilroy as well and specifically come to Catalyst as it's better then anything San Jose and Hollister have either and less tax. Thank you Catalyst and know you all got such a good worker with Richard. My guys top notch at what he does and dealing with the public. Really good customer service, and good layout. It would be helpful to have some signs in the store to distinguish between the edibles, vapes, flower, etc... prices are on the pricier side. You get more bang for your buck at Santa Cruz Flavors
