I came in expecting a simple, smooth experience, but this dispensary refused to honor my $25 gift card, even though it was valid. The staff didn’t offer any explanation or solution—just a flat “we don’t take that,” which was frustrating and unprofessional. Definitely not the customer service I expected. Won’t be coming back.

Why does the black security guy sitting by the door? Have to make smart comments when he’s opening the door as if he’s working the hardest job ever. Complaining about opening the door for people is hilarious when he’s literally chilling not doing anything. You guys should teach him how to have customer service instead of making smart remark towards customers. Is he that bothered that people are coming if he doesn’t like his job maybe he should switch careers

This dispensary is off Artesia and Lakewood blvd. You will notice a big-blue sign that shows the Catalyst logo right off the street. There's plenty of parking-space as well! It does get busy during the evening's before they close, so be sure to pick up your weed asap, or pre-order yours on weedmaps and pick them up at any-time! Be sure to note that you will be wanting to pick-up at a certain time so they don't put your items back in the shelves. All the products I've tried from Catalyst have been top-quality, with amazing deals everyday! You will see me coming back for more! I definitely recommend getting Runway's Chocolatina which has 36.89& THC & Buddies Live Distillate Cartridges!
