What a beautiful experience to watch and to participate too, it’s amazing how money will change the world. Besides the politics & the high cost of these wonderful products, it is the greatest thing to be able to order online, then you will be notified when your order is ready, go to the store bypass the not so extreme line, and by 5 pm Friday night you can have legal fun lol. This place hit the market just right, great place but if you can navigate the app it’s even a Better experience. Thanks peeps great work

Thanks to the Cannabist for making my visit a success! I grabbed the Frosted Melon Gelato and I must say I was really impressed! 30% thc and great flavor and most importantly I was toasted🔥🔥🔥🔥

If I base which dispensary I go to on which has the best service Cannabist in Deptford easily would be my pick. The employees are very friendly and knowledgeable and somehow no matter how busy it is you are always in and out relatively quickly. My only complaints about this dispensary are the lack of advanced notice for sales, they announce sales the morning of the sale. Additionally, the availability of sale items and even just products in general is hit or miss. I never go without doing a preorder for this reason.

I’m from south west Philly but moved out west years ago. When I return I’m glad it’s finally getting better in the whole area, but not advertising you have medical as well when you know damn well someone is gonna look on Weedmaps see the high thc and price and go hell yeah. Get to the shop to be denied the product due to non medical. That’s cheating….

The store itself is gorgeous - everything is orderly, clean, safe and attractive to browse around in. Your budtenders? Not so much. For folks working in an industry like medical cannabis, it sure seems like none of your staff has ever encountered someone with anxiety before. You have two gigantic TV screen menus that I’m of course going to squint at to figure out what I want. Don’t treat the person about to spend $100+ like they’re wasting your time just because I’m not rapid fire yelling the products I want at you. I can’t see well, leaving the house is already difficult as is, and it drives me insane that you have dudebros working in there with the tact and empathy of a drive through attendant. “What do you want? What are you even looking for?” I don’t know man, how about you give me more than two minutes to browse 200+ products and then try not getting aggravated when the customer doesn’t know about a sale you’re running. Some of your budtenders really need to go back to whatever seedy headshop you hired them out of. You’re providing medicine to sick people. You’re not selling whip-it’s to drunk teenagers at 3am.

how we gonna push rec at those prices? the street offers better deals. my whole idea of rec was getting away from the "black market" sellers. yall be charging double or more & I guarantee the quality is the same or better. yeah I get all the taxes blah blah but damn

In store experience felt rushed as if they didn’t want me there. Prices were wayyyyy too high and half of the weed was no good and would not burn straight from the canister. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone on the area.

Female manager was extremely rude after I challenged the refusal of a “Military Monday” discount promotion since I drove 30 minutes and made a reservation through their website where my discount was accepted and then they told me it was ready for pickup only to tell me when I got there, that full priced item was not included for their military discount. I spoke to an associate who was middle manning in the beginning until I asked to speak to who she had. The women walked over and I explained there was nothing stated in the promotion advertisement that stated it was excluded. (Didn’t say anything about exclusions except, “not stackable”) She then looked me up and down and aggressively poked the touch screen register and walked away without saying a single word to me. She then ignored me when I commented that I didn’t think I was unreasonable. Long story, don’t offer and advertise discounts and then make people feel bad about asking for them. I’ll go to Curaleaf from now on.

Been smoking tree for 13 years. Never have I ever got a raspy throat and burning chest from smoking before. My first and last time buying from here. I bought a 5pk of preroll and 7g of flower. After smoking three of the rolls, I'm honestly scared to smoke this. I highly regret spending $115 here and inquired about a refund via email but never got a message back. I hope Cannabist can fix this because customer health is #1 priority when it comes to medical marijuana.
