Gelato is a Sunset Sherbet x Thin Mint Cookies Hybrid strain sourced and inbred by Seed Junky using Sherbinki's original Gelato cut. It produces plants that have a medium to low stretch with golf ball sized nugs along the neck and larger nugs towards the top. The smell comes off as straight gas, jet fuel that permeates through the sinuses almost making it noxious to breath. The smoke follows the same pattern with gas and fuel upfront and a smooth, creamy, earthy exhale. The effects are cerebral at first leading towards a more mellow body buzz that seems to hit hard up front and relax you on the back end making it hard to not go back for a second toke. It is a great strain to end the day on or relax back on a lazy afternoon.
