Placed an order with them at 730, waited 2 hours, countless messages no reply, called the store and the girl had me waiting on hold for 10 minutes then never picked back up when I called back 3 times. Never reached out to me to let me know until I called them and they told me the earliest I’d get my order would be by 11pm. Maybe it was an off day but truly and insane experience
