A veteran for over 25 years and a lower mainland local until 2021, Jesse AKA Hippo Glass now makes his works of art close to Kamloops, BC. Incorporating lots of precious metal fume work, Hippo Glass effortlessly makes pieces in a variety of price ranges and styles. His classic styles are the double bubbler and sherlock pieces for flowers, and mini tube, hourglass, and tripod pieces for concentrates. Using gold, silver, and premium colour, Hippo creates these dry pipes with a colour-changing feature. Based on the same techniques that have been used to create colour-changing glass for decades, Hippo’s dry pipes have that same quality but ultra-refined.
