From when you walk in to the moment you walk out it’s friendly, laid back, and stacked with a lot of selections. Some you won’t find on other menus. Prices are just as most places with the same product, those aren’t really going to be much of a difference maker. Providing products others don’t, like these great people do though, does.

I have concerns about a recent purchase. I ordered a product that claimed to expire a few weeks after purchase, but the QR code revealed it had been on the shelf for a year. This extended shelf life causes a loss in potency and terpenes, yet the price remains unchanged, which is unacceptable. When I addressed this with the store, the employee seemed unqualified and lacked knowledge about the cannabis industry, despite many consumers being well-informed. She insisted the product was safe, without addressing the real issue: the significant gap between the packaging and expiration dates. While these stores are convenient, outdated products are a serious concern. I will save more money by buying from the black market until New York State revises its cannabis laws and these stores hire knowledgeable staff. Until then, these dispensaries will remain substandard.
