We proudly serve qualified medical card holders ages 21 and up, offering a safe, professional, and welcoming environment for all patients.
Visit us Monday through Saturday from 10 AM to 5 PM at 145 Mt Rushmore Rd, Custer, SD. All patients must present a valid state ID and medical cannabis card upon entry.
