The two ladies at the counter were very polite and welcoming. They are clearly very proud of the way the business is run. Gentleman gave me a small tour through their dispensary and helped me pick up my order. Very clean, very neat and orderly, and above all else friendly.

There's something about having Spencer open the jar for me to see and smell the buds I'm buying that makes me feel like I'm back when this is how ALL dispensaries operated. Now everything is prepackaged, smashing most of the buds and hiding the tiny popcorn buds that nobody wants (I'm looking at YOU, Skymint.) I appreciate the way The Botanical Company takes care of their customer/patient with personal service and decent enough prices that I'll be back again...often.

Just got some Jealousy and they are some of the darkest most beautiful buds I’ve seen. Not sure what they’re doing different but Dylan was right when he said it’s not all about THC percentage. This is at 15% but super relaxing!

I was a little lost my first time going to this store as my gps was taking me through the airport drive and by the state police. But once you walk inside, everyone is so friendly and the space is beautiful and clean. I have tried most dispensaries around lansing/greater lansing and this is the only dispo that I have visited more than three times. The guy who always helps me inside the store is friendly and knowledgeable without being unbearable. He doesn’t try to sell me stuff that I don’t want and he listens to what I am looking for. All of my visits have been quick and positive experiences.

Product is kept in large moisture controlled jars and weighed out in front of you unlike others in the area who prepackage product as much as 1-2 months in advance, the store front is kept as clean as you'd expect to find a doctor's office and the cctv displaying the grow in the back is a cool touch, the location is pretty quiet with plenty of parking and security visibly watching the parking lot, and then there's the quality of the flower and pricing: it simply can't be beat. You won't regret coming here.
