Why did you change the way you do pricing?

I do not like that Bloom has now gone to NOT showing the tax cost in the price shown when doing online orders. I DO NOT like this. It will cut down on the number of times I will use Bloom.

Excellent customer service. Enjoyed conversation and them asking how my day was going. I have nothing at all bad to say, actually was one of the better conversations I've had this week with anyone. highly recommend. (Just want to let others know that today when I went in, the price on the website submitted does NOT include the taxes) Not sure when it changed, as I've purchased there before and taxes were included, but didn't want anyone to be surprised on the price differnce when you get there, than what it was submitted online. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! A+ (front desk - lady was very sweet, young gentleman that provided the top notch customer service, needs kudos! He made my day!)
