The name "BLKBRN" pays homage to the renowned Blackburn Center—the heart of campus life where students and faculty gather to break bread, fellowship and uplift one another under the shade of its historic tree. The proud Howard alumni teamed up with two experienced partners they met through a previous investment, and together, the diverse backgrounds and experiences of the entire team reflect a strong commitment to inclusivity and community empowerment. At BLKBRN Dispensary, we are more than just a retail space; we strive to cultivate an environment where everyone can feel valued and supported in their pursuit of wellness.
