Sticky, creamy, sweet, dense, and purple just like the fresh baked buns we love so much. Haupia Buns is the in-house selected variety of Gummy Buns (Biscotti x Grease Monkey) from Exotic genetix. The flavor is reminiscent of the classic local pastrywith loads of creamy, decadent pastry goodness, hints of umami and loads of gelato/chem/cookie sweetness. This purple powerhouse cross is super frosty and sure to please all the senses. These new pouches are made from polylactic acid (PLA), an innovative plastic derived from corn that is produced from renewable, raw materials; not fossil fuels. They are completely biodegradable and certified OK for home composting.
