We have never been completely out of product, and so we are assuming that we were currently out of the specific products you were looking for during your visit. We have made improvements that allow us to keep more product in stock at our locations and we hope that you give us another chance. You can also see and pre-order our available products via our online menu to make sure we will have the products available when you come in. To find our online menu, simply visit our website and under "Products", select the menu for the location you wish to pick up from. As for the computer system issues, this is unfortunately out of our control for the most part. The most common issue we have is with the Hawaii State Department of Health's database system, which all Hawaii Dispensaries operate off of. We have no control over this system and when it's not working for us, it's not working at any dispensary in the state.
