I walked into this place a total medicinal marijuana virgin, not knowing anything about anything when it came to medicinal marijuana. Instead of shaking their heads and muttering “Oh God another newbie”, they welcomed me right in. I was greeted with hellos and smiles and best of all, my customer service guy, Jim, took his time with me, educating me chapter and verse what works how and recommending which were the right products for me. Plus ,they have a veteran discount. Definitely the place to go, especially if you are new.
Couldn’t log in to the west Chester store so wanted to leave a review on one of the stores. The place had a great selection and very friendly/helpful staff.
This was my first time ever dealing with medical marijuana. I was extremely anxious and felt I would be judged for using it for my pain management. It was the total opposite of that. When I got into the dispensary it was very calming and I felt comfortable. The gentleman who helped me was extremely kind, patient and walked me through all the different types of treatment and made sure I understood everything I was getting. I highly recommend them.
The best clinic I have been to so far. Great people, Great place, great atmosphere. Easy to find. Nice clean place. They have I pads you can look at with them about the products they sell. A very nice place. I love the place. I’ll be back again someday.
BEYOND/HELLO just opened up on Moosic street in Scranton, PA. The staff is full of very pleasant people, and they are very knowledgeable as it pertains to medical marijuana products. The menu is competitive when compared to other dispensaries in the area. I would definitely recommend BEYOND/HELLO to any medical marijuana patient living in PA.
Every time I’m down in Philly I always stop @ Beyond/Hello. They have so many options for the different pods. Oh & I love the lil bags they give out & u get a dollar off everytime u bring it back.

Beyond / Hello is a solid dispensary overall. They have decent stock, and carry a decent variety of products. My only gripe, so to speak, would be that they do not carry Terrapin flower. Hypothetically speaking, if they were to add Terrapin Flower to their stock, they would be perfect. Their online menu could use a “last updated” date and or time, so the customer knows the menu is current. Everyone who works here is really hospitable and welcoming. They have a pretty strong knowledge of cannabis, and even of concentrates as well. They also try to have a conversation with you as you purchase, so the experience is less “transactional” and more personal. I’d highly recommend checking out Beyond / Hello if you are in the lower bucks county or center city area (center city location opens 1/24/19). It is a great experience.

I was actually at the Irwin PA store but they don't come up in here. I loved the experience & am so glad I chose them for my first dispensary visit. The staff was extremely friendly & knowledgeable and helpful in the products. The facility is super clean. I'll definitely be back.
The customer service here was incredible fast friendly and very informative. Could use a little tweak in the walking in process but all and all comfortable transactions
