I've been to BeWell in Merrimac 3x as I recently got my medical card. The recreation dispensaries are so much more expensive, never mind the tax! I love that this place is small and not overwhelming. The staff is great with lots of knowledge. Prices are decent and they always have something on sale for cheap cheap cheap. Last time I got edibles. $4.20 for 18 chocolates.

For those that work in the Merrimac MA store thank you. They were very kind. To those that are responsible for their website it's atrocious. Nothing is accurate or updated. They don't even have half the edibles it says they have and the online ordering with Weedmaps does not work at all so don't bother. So if you are depending on what this says they have please do not because chances are they do not. You are losing a lot of business by not having this platform, Weedmaps, actually work For you.

I was a regular, I live 5 minutes away and I loved coming here. Seems they've had a very recent change of staff, or maybe everyone I am used to seeing had the last few days off... I purchased a vape product which was defective, I brought it back 24 hours later and they play the, "Not it" game with me stating they have no return policy. The girl working suggested I reach out to my vape manufacturer sales rep. I did, but the item was filled by Sira Naturals. Sira had told me in an email, that 'since I didn't buy it directly from them, there was nothing they could do' for me. If I went to CVS and purchased an inhaler that didn't work, CVS would be responsible for replacing the defective product. I understand that BeWell isn't CVS, but you are dealing with medicine and patients nonetheless. I paid $65.00 cash for my medicine. I was unable to utilize the product to get my medicine.

Went to beWell Organic Medicine on 3/17 to see what they had to offer since I have never been to their location and have only heard things online. Sadly the interaction I had before I even entered the facility was enough for me to turn around and leave. There were signs wrapped around poles saying mask required so I returned to my car and got a mask and went up to the door which was locked. I proceeded to hit the video call button as there are no intructions on what to do if the door is locked. I waited about 4 minutes before hitting the button again and then realized i had my mask over my face and pulled it down and then hit the video call button again to which the security guard came to the door opened it just enough to stick his head out and tell me " 1 person at a time, and you need a mask" with a very rude attitude to which I responded that I in fact did have a mask on but it was pulled down for the camera.
