Placed an online order and everything was smooth for the most part. I picked up my order and came home. Unfortunately one of my meds was incorrect but I had opened the container already mistakenly. I called the store and they informed me they substituted because they had run out of what I had ordered. This was not communicated to me whatsoever. They offered a 30% discount on my next visit. I accept that was likely all they could do in response, however, making a substitute for my medicine without notifying me at time of pickup is not acceptable. I'm hoping my next visit won't involve any nonsense like this. Communication is very important and they were nailing it until this mishap. Otherwise, beautiful store, nice employees, and good location.
