Since Az went recreational most dispensaries DONT care about medical patients anymore but they do and I think that’s dope.. I appreciate the discount they give us

Last time I did an online order I was shorted by one gram of wax when I ordered 10 grams

My last review was average; I waited a good month before that one and did the same for this second update now that we recreational. I have to say that the past month I've consistently had a good and timely experience! Im a Med patient,online orders and I'm looking for rewards and deals. They don't have rewards system but with the new Rec discount it's more than comparable to JARS or HARVEST. Why save points for $5 off when the gram price is lower with 40% off. Med patients, with rec legal now, I'm really loving the sale and find that I'll be shopping more here as it's a fantastic price for what's around!

Arizona Organix is the best for concentrate. If you want high quality shatter, terp budder, crumble, and pull-n-snap at a reasonable price then AZO is the place to go.

Did an online order for 4 carts and grams of shatter and the person who got my order ready placed 5 carts and overcharged me

I have been to this dispensary three times. Each time the staff has been completely unprofessional. Today I placed an online curbside order which required me to upload a digital copy of my card. OK. Get to the dispensary, Told that I need to come in because they don't have my current card in file??!! The card that I JUST uploaded? I go in. I ask the front desk woman what was the point of uploading my card ahead of time if they were not actually using that upload. She just kept saying the card on file is expired. She never did ask for my driver's license, which the other dispensaries do when updating your card. The prices at Arizona Organix are not noticeably better, so after today's treatment, and with the increased availability of other places, I will not be returning to this dispensary.

The prices are absolutely amazing for the quality of the product but the employees leave a lot more to be wanted. I have been to this dispensary a handful of times and almost every time i’ve went, they gave me the wrong order which I’ve had to suffer through because of their horrible phone service. Unfortunately this is one of the best dispos in AZ for all types of wax but if this continues I’m not sure how much longer they’ll have my business. Make sure your bud tender understand what you want because otherwise they’ll do what they see fit even if it’s not what you wanted.

I have used many dispensaries in AZ and in CA. I shop 2x a month, always looking for deals and rewards! Primarily smokes concentrate with concentrate on top :DSet-up: 2-3 lines of waiting depending on how busy. Line 1-temp check, line 2-med card checkin, line 3 order checkout line. Customer service-Hit or miss. Mostly missed. All my orders are always pre order. No real benefit, you still wait in all lines, only once or twice did I bump to the front and not wait. Pricing-By far the cheapest place I've seen dab at $15 a gram.-always remember, you get what you pay for. Cheap stuff still works, but duration and effectiveness are compromised. The high doesn't last as long, but I've found adding a drop of RSO or syringe concentrate will add that pow-pow you want. No rewards program. Website indicated there was but when I asked, they didn't. For $15 a gram its fine, but selection for other products to top off aren't as cheapoits better to go elsewhere and get rewards for shopping the high end

I don't appreciate paying more money because you get 2 sell to more people now I'm a medical patient and couldn't afford all my meds anymore because of your greed charge whatever to your rec customers leave us long time med patient alone 15 bucks a gram is now 25 even with 15%off I'm still paying 6.25 more a gram how is that ok? I thought dispensary was a non profit

I've been going to dispensary for over a year yeah they never remember who I am. they took away all their extra deals. no birthday no first time no nothing. I came on my birthday which was the beginning of May God told no more Birthday deals but 3 weeks before that some girl had her birthday went in there said it was her birthday in God's birthday gifts so within 3 weeks they canceled it and told nobody great place to go. they don't care about their customers at all every other dispensary offers all kinds of deals knows your name knows who you are knows what you bought before not this place disorganized not even organized chaos just disorganized and have no idea what customer service is in any way she perform disappointing extremely disappointing
