Nach dem ich durch komplett Hamburg gefahren war und sich meine Erwartungshaltung gegenüber einer Einlösung meines Rezeptes immer weiter senkte versuchte ich einen letzten Tipp. Die Apotheke im Niedersachsenhaus, ein kurzer Anruf über die Verfügbarkeit wurde direkt mit einem Ja beantwortet, sehr zur Überraschung meinerseits. Die Apotheke selbst hat ein altes gepflegtes Interieur, an der Kasse wurde ich direkt bedient und musste kurz auf das Medikament warten, bei anderen Apotheken wurde ich schief angeguckt und immer wieder zum nöhst höheren Kollegen geschickt. Das Produkt in der Hand wurde mir noch eine kleine Tüte gereicht mit Halsbonbons, Taschentüchern und Longpapes. Allein für dieses freundliche kundennahe Auftreten nehme ich einen längeren Weg gerne in Kauf.
