Christian might be the most bomb budtender that apothecary had to offer. I had written a pretty nasty review on here earlier and said I was never coming back. Well turns out I had to come back later to fill up on that BOGO Oasis and while I was there Christian recognized that I was the one who had written the review and immediately offered to replace the device in exchange for me taking down the review. Needless to say my loyalty to apothecary has been restored and I will continue to shop there once more :)

My ONLY recommendation for this shop would be to change the rewards program. Only get points when making visits. Doesn't really differentiate points based on money spent. Like if i am spending $120-$200 every time I visit, why should someone who spends only $20 every time get the same amount of points as me. Not hating on other patients! But I think there should definitely be a points system based on money spent to really make your higher spenders feel more appreciated..
But either way, not going to stop me from coming nonetheless.

First time I went Candy helped me out and I was introduced to some amazing premium Indica. Next Elle helped me and both were knowledgeable and super friendly! The buds and price speak for themselves. I LOVE this place and am so glad I found a fair quality club that cares about its patients!

I walked in today intending to buy a $60 premium 1/4, and instead paid $70, because the budtender mistakenly gave me a 4 gram 8th for a "red dot" strain. The floor manager convinced me the free half gram was a better deal so I took it, but after some reflection, I realized it wasn't.
When I stopped by to negotiate over the $10 I was embarrassed for being so cheap. The staff was understating and easily worked it out, letting me return that half gram and refunded the $10.
I would have understood if I'd been refused and wouldn't have held it against anyone. But that $10 was nagging me and I'm glad to have it back.
With many different deals competing with each other and stoners negotiating it can get tricky. Thanks Apothacary for your understanding and customer service. And your dank flower. I'll be back.

Was very pleased with the flower I got and shatter. Also received a free gram for being a FTP. And it was free joint Friday w a minimum donation of $30. Huge selection of flower and shatter.
I drove all the way out from Ventura and it was worth it.

Came in today and wow!!! So many strains I was blown away! I picked up the Saturn OG and boy is it an amazing strain! That original gasoline OG taste with a kick!!! I'll be back for sure!!!! i've just recently started exploring new shops and needless to say, i was very impressed with this collective. Dakota helped me for my first time and not only was she kind, but she was very knowledgeable on the product. The bud was very clean and the shop was gorgeous.

They have an excellent and wide variety of cannabis product. Their bud selection is especially extensive, although I wouldn't call it the freshest (although if you happen to be after one of the older strains, some of the budtenders will usually pass on a discount).
The budtenders are all friendly, but in most cases they seem busy (and I'll get to why in a moment). When I ask them questions, they don't always seem as knowledgeable about cannabis as I'd expect. Maybe my expectations are unreasonably high.
The showroom is kept ice cold (which is important for the product and the clientele), but the thinner skinned may wish to come prepared.
Also come prepared to wait. There is always two places you have to wait. 1) In the waiting room: wait times are usually between 5-10 minutes. 2) In the showroom: once in the show room you have to wait in another line for another 5-10 minutes. This is where they get the lowest marks from me: they have the longest waits of any dispensary I've visited. This is probably because they are so popular. This is probably why the budtenders seem overwhelmed, and this is probably why I find my visits here less than a 5 star experience.
