We stopped in for meds today and I was lucky enough to be helped by your amazing budtender Logan. He was knowledgeable and professional and went above and beyond to help me get the best deals available. He made me aware of product deals I wasn't aware of and I actually ended up spending far less than I initially anticipated.

When I arrived to pick up my order, saw expected discount had not been applied. The employee handling my order pick up was great. She agreed that the wording was unclear, took a quick snapshot, and agreed to honor the nice discount for me. Was very impressed with their service.

I cannot speak for the quality of their store, as I never ended up going. I online ordered Thursday for a pickup Saturday. I called Friday to confirm the price because they also do not calculate taxes like the other dispensaries, and those make a big difference with a cash only business. When I called I was told my total could not be calculated because most of my order was out of stock. Was anyone ever going to call and tell me that?? I was then told I could come in and just shop when I arrive, which I do not feel comfortable doing during the pandemic - especially considering how crowded it sounded when I called and he told me he was helping two others. Very poorly managed store.

We apologize for the menu issues, we are doing our best to keep those in line to avoid these issues altogether. As for the budtender not being able to calculate the total right on the spot, that is unfortunately something we have to work around. Our online ordering systems do not calculate sales tax, just the subtotal, so we have to ring it through our POS onsite to actually get that total (we know this isn't ideal, but we are attempting to have that total - tax included - ready before every customer calls). On the bright side of things, we do accept credit & debit cards and have an ATM onsite as well for those that do not wish to make cash payments. We would love for you to come in once the pandemic is over so we can make this right and you can give our shop a look around.

The menu on weedmaps is outdated and it was difficult to pick a substitute without a selection of flowers to choose from. The tender was not any help when asked for a recommendation.

The menu is a constant beast to keep up with, but we do have a team of individuals working diligently to get that taken care of. Although not ideal, a phone call can be placed to the shop just to confirm we haven't sold out of what you may have saw earlier in the day.
