Emma and all the staff at the new location make my day every time I come in! The location is closer to home in Kapolei and I love the design and art style of the store as well! Super friendly folks that I love to visit and it’s awesome they the Hempuary is right next door too! Just a awesome bios in genus’s they give back to nonps on island!y number one go to on island for Herb and a great vibe!

Very new, state of the art look and feeling at Herb House. Everyone is extremely friendly yet professional as all Aloha Apothecaries. Then right next door you can pick up all kinds of cool new accessories, discounted if you just made a purchase at Herb House. Sometimes items that run out in town are there so if you forgot to place an order, remember to check them out! $20 concentrates are worth a 15 minute drive!

Just stroll down Nimitz and take a U-turn after the rental cars and it’s right there in a shopping center/strip mall. Easy parking, easy access, friendly staff like the other locations. Their “pick up”‘window/room makes it very fast and efficient to be in/out. Very very nice interior with so much supply of items that are 88 at King or Waikiki. So worth the drive out there!!

I went there for my first purchase

I wasn’t prepared to be blown away by Herb House’s upscale look. I’m a patient of all of the dispensers on Oahu and this one knocks everyone out of the water. It looks like Las Vegas dispensaries with the looks but local Aloha

Employees lack knowledge

Employees tell you that you have points earning you money off your next purchase but when you return for another purchase, it’s a different employee telling you not this time because I don’t have enough points, but next time. This happened to me 3 times in s row. Employees tell me that I can use points, rewards and discounts but when it’s time to cash out, they tell me they cannot offer any discount because one coincides with the other. Employees act like they don’t know how to give you the best deal for your money. Employees are trying to be so nice that they lie to you. I end up walking out confused and ripped off every time I leave. King Street has way better Employees.
