I finally broke down and went to the Pac Highway store, I've been going to the Iron St. store for about 3 yrs, and it only seemed right since this store saves me a 10min drive into Bellingham. I was so impressed with the service and I witnessed first hand their dedication toward the customers. In my case, they were so helpful and honest, they introduced some very useful info and answered all of my questions and I felt good with all of the information that was introduced into the decisions and purchased that day. They also encountered some difficulties with entering my account info, so as one would assume, this trouble took quite a while to remedy and they showed that they understood, without me bringing it up, how time consuming this trouble was. The manager was dragged into this problem and boy was really helpful coming up with a solution. Their knowledge with their stores inventory and knowledge with the individual items in their inventory. When I left, I felt very comfortable with the decisions that were made, I also found how accurate (potent) those decisions that "we" made were. The staffs overall attitude, eagerness and problem solving skills and relevant conversation made my visit to their store left a very positive impression that has proven itself every time I stop by this very positive and uplifting establishment. I can only recommend that you are missing out if you're not utilizing this awesome asset, if nothing else you must at least add this store to your arsenal.
