just bought 3 joints and 1 west coast cure cartridge last night. I can’t add photos but i have them, i opened the package to the cart and im missing already a quarter of wax, like a fat chunk missing. then im hitting it and it straight up just falls off the battery. the bottom of the cart completely came unattached. now my “BRAND NEW” cart is half full and doesnt work. Please i would like a refund or something, especially paying delivery fee.

I ordered my products. The app said it would take 60 minutes ! They waited 2 hours to tell me it would be a 3 + hour delivery. I finally get a text at the time my delivery was supposed to arrive saying it was gonna take an additional 30+ minutes ! However, no delivery was ever attempted . And no communication was made after that last message ! I never received my order I never even received a notification or an update for the rest of the night! I stayed up and waited too. I wish I could give 0 stars. Do not order from them. Do not waste your time
