I ordered three ceramic live resin carts and some Apple Fritter flower for my first order here. One of my ceramic carts came cracked and I texted about a replacement and got a response right away. The gentleman I spoke with was very kind and apologetic (I really don't even blame him, it was dark out and ceramic carts are VERY fragile compared to others, I 100% chalk it up to bad luck > negligence or laziness). It was right near closing time and he asked if I'd be okay with him running a replacement to me in the morning. That worked perfect for me. The next day he dropped off a fresh Banana Dosi cart (fantastic, btw!) along with a baggie full of extra goodies. He also let me know I could keep the broken cart and salvage whatever I was able to from it. I feel like they really went above and beyond to compensate for a mistake anyone could have made *very* easily. Clearly this company will strive to deliver positive experiences even on relatively small purchases from new patients. :)

Never had a complaint with Vice, they are always pretty quick and tell you when they’re gonna be there if they are busy. All of the stuff I’ve tried from them has been good too.

The product is good, decent prices, and short wait times. I recommend Vice as a go-to delivery service.

In carts or straight-up, the live resin here looks, smells, and tastes fantastic. Love the ceramic hardware on the carts, very high quality and they taste fantastic on a low temp setting. I got 7g of Neon Groove for $100 and it was an absolute steal, very terpy and greasy with a bright chem/citrus palate. Love the nerds covered eddies, as well.

I like the Sunny D Ma and he was the only one around to have it, the smalls granted but the effect is the same and the prices more reasonable! got a freebie in the bag as well and delivery was QUICK
