Absolutely terrible do not use tree factory. They are scam artists. They sent me the defective products that I did not order and then not refill the order correctly as it was ordered nor would they provide me a refund. They literally stole $50 from me and absconded with it and gave me nothing that works.

Bait and switch, I placed my order. I called them to change address and I thought it was good. Delivered my order and I paid and this dude said oh we didn’t have what you ordered but here’s this. Really? What I got was not good at all. Very disappointed, they said they will give me 15% off next order, they can keep their 15% definitely not giving them my business.
