I kept getting messed up cartridges and the manager Javi, really looked out for me, gave me a free cartridge in exchange for one and taught me better ways of taking care of my pen. It’s a shame that people who picked up off of tree factory for so long are now bashing tree factory over becoming legal. It’s like you ignorant people would rather see them raided and arrested so you can sit there and say “aww that sucks, tree factory got raided, free tree factory” than go recreational. I support them for holding us down for all these years knowing the risks, and they made it out, be happy for them. Imagine having to work somewhere, where you might get raided and arrested, imagine that impact on your family ? Things change, tf had a good run with prop 215, now it’s time for prop 64, which hopefully gets better because that isn’t on tf, that’s on the state.

Hard to imagine a better service

I recently got my card so I have only been able to try about 3 services in Ventura. After now ordering from Tree Factory, it is hard to imagine that there is a better delivery in the area. Tree factory is extremely organized and professional, yet the employees were extremely friendly and helpful as well. I placed my order around 5 on a Thursday evening and received my order within about 40 minutes. The driver also just seemed liked a genuinely good guy and was very impressive. I am extremely happy with my experience at tree factory and will definitely continue to contact in the future.

I like how I get greeted on the phone always so generous and helpful on the phone whether it be delivery drivers or the people in the call center. Delivery was in under 2 hours that’s pretty good especially just thinking 🤔 how many people call a day not to mention they have to get the orders ready, and I also consider that they also have to deal with Oxnard and Santa Paula. They always ensure to get it delivered in a timely mannered and I’m happy to wait because I know my order will be perfect every time.
