The Grove is beast
Like my title says The Grove is beast, they routinely have the biggest selection of products and the most spread of deals. Beyond that they go above and beyond when you have issues with your account etc. I was kinda annoying bugging them with an issue i had between my recreational/medical account and they fixed it with the promptness. Appreciate y'all. FYI Fresh Baked is ALWAYS fire if anyone reads this review and wants a flower company to try, they package the stuff like a week before it arrives in stores and its always super nice buds, with excellent test results.

The only thing i can say is coming to the door without a mask in a pandemic is a little weird. Maybe he forgot but also, is there not steps in place to prevent this? It would have been even more understandable if he was practicing social distancing. He walked right up to me? He must have thought his mask was on.

Weird text ordering for delivery
Most complicated experience texting a delivery service I have ever experienced but whatever, had to send multiple proofs of ID and address including a selfie of myself. Overall it took me at least 45 min to place this order, other dispos usually take about 10-15 min over text. So kind of complicated and frustrating , I found myself wanting cancel the order by the time it was finally able to be prepared, and I will still be waiting an hour for delivery. Weak.

I ordered from this place and I would be saying this place is great only when im reading my receipt it says $5 few for weed map service, I'm having a hard time understanding that seeing how I called in and ordered i didn't do my order through weedmaps. I know there are taxes for the legal dispensaries but it looks like you guys make up extra taxes. especially now that im looking at the written and the printed receipts side by side and one says sales tax, la Mesa tax, and weedmaps service, the other receipt is printed as if i came in store again Las Mesa tax, ca tax, and la Mesa cannabis fee and also says i gave 200 cash and got change back for a order that was 145 but i was never in store never handed over 200 and im feeling duped
