Our delivery service is licensed and only have safe lab-tested products. Locations covered Pittsburg, Antioch, Concord, Walnut Creek,Martinez, Brentwood, Discovery Bay, bethel island ,Oakley and surrounding areas ( more coming soon). (Discovery Bay and Byron bethel island has a 80$ minimum).
All tax will be included at the end of the order at the time the order is placed. First time customers that place phone orders, Please send us a photo of your ID, selfie of you holding your ID and your full delivery address. If you're having trouble ordering please feel free to call us. For the safety of our customers and our drivers, all delivery vehicles have 360-degree surveillance.

DRIVERS DO NOT EXIT THE VEHICLE, For the safety of our customers and our drivers, all transactions are done on dash cam surveillance. In the event that a customer is disabled or elderly and cannot come out to the vehicle ,this must be discussed prior to delivery for T.H.Chi associate to make arrangements.
We DO NOT issue refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Exchanges are issued if the product is proven to be defective by fault of the company. In the event that there is an issue with the product and it is proven accurate, it must be reported within 48 hours of purchase for an exchange of equal or lesser value.
WE DO NOT TAKE coin-change that exceeds 2$ unless it is quarters.
Re-delivery Fee* In the event that the delivery is missed by fault of the customer for whatever reason; a 5$
re-delivery will be added in order for the driver to come back on that same day.
