Never received my order after 1.5 hours of waiting past the delivery time. Customer service could only give me an estimated 30 more minutes of waiting with no guarantee my delivery would be there by then.

I’ve ordered from here many times and any time after 4pm they never come I’ve been waiting for a order for the past 3 hours and I still haven’t gotten my order I get a text msg that they will arrive in 13min 3 times alr and the driver still hasn’t shown up

1 leaking - 1 half empty

Contacted customer service about the leaking pod that’s spewing wax out of the tip, but all they offered was 20% off my next order. It also has wax leaking to the outer area of the main chamber. That pod was at about half when this happened. I opened up another one I bought with the same order, and it was already half empty. No sign of leakage. Point being, I am out the equivalent of a 1g pod. I have read about the issues with STIIIZY, but the first cartridge I had before these that leaked was the LIVE RESIN. These are live resin again. It’s been years of this malfunction and they have yet to fix it. Seems like I’m ready to turn my back on STIIIZY. They need to improve their cartridges and get better quality control. If you want to build brand loyalty, it’s about quality and value. Don’t offer a customer a discount to buy more malfunctioning product, just fix your issues.
