I was initially impressed with the ease and convenience of ordering from this medical marijuana delivery service. Placing my order was a breeze, and I appreciated the estimated time of arrival of 30-60 minutes. However, the delivery didn't arrive until more than four hours later, which was a significant inconvenience. Despite placing two calls to the vendor during the wait time, the updates provided were false and only added to the frustration. On a positive note, the delivery representative was cordial, professional, and apologetic upon arrival. Unfortunately, due to the excessively long wait and unreliable communication, and excess of fees including a generous gratuity at the time of ordering, I will not be ordering delivery from this vendor again. Purchased items were excellent.
